Infection Control Evolution in Dentistry During COVID-19 Pandemic

Workshop Overview

The pandemic of Covid-19 has raised serious concerns about usual ways of dental treatments. All aerosol-based treatments need to be modified in ways to provide effective barrier between patient and dentist for better infection control.

VFAHT through this workshop aims at training dentists how dentistry needs to evolve with the needs of the times.

Assessment

After the workshop session, you will be evaluated to assess what you have learnt. You will then be issued a certificate based on a satisfactory response.

A follow-up session will be arranged with the Master Trainer, participation in which will certify you as a trainer and will make you eligible to conduct future training sessions.

The need to modify and adapt dental practices in times of pandemic
Methods of maintaining an effective infection control amidst Covid alert while providing basic treatments to patients.
